The instamatics are the photographs I make using cameras such as a Polaroid or iPhone, that produce spontaneous and moody imagery. It's my thinking that photography is at its best when there's a certain amount of serendipity involved and things seem magical again. To me, these are all that.
Prelude to an archæology is part of a photo essay that was shot during a very long winter in which I took refuge almost every weekday morning at a local diner.
